This website is owned and operated by the American Sheriff Foundation. We are a nonprofit, tax exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is a registered Non-Profit Organization in Arizona. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
This website offers visitors the opportunity to participate in fundraising activities which include, but are not limited to raffle events, electronic cash donations, and promotional materials for purchase. By accessing or using this website you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may modify this policy at any time, in our sole discretion and all modifications will be effective immediately upon our posting of the modifications on this site. Unless we specifically provide otherwise, this policy only applies to this site and our online activities, and does not apply to any of our offline activities.

Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of our website visitors. We collect information on or through this site that can personally identify you only when it is voluntarily offered by you. For example, we collect personally identifiable information to respond to your questions on our website and comments about us, our services and to mail e-newsletters, send emails and any additional updates that may be sent to you either by mail or electronically.

We do not share any of the personal information you provide to us with any third party other than service providers of ours who assist us in providing the information and/or services we are providing to you. To the extent that we do share your personal information with a service provider, we would only do so if the service or other equipment provider agreed to comply with our privacy standards as described in this privacy policy.

Your Safety
Please note that we never ask you for Social Security Numbers or Passwords when making a donation. Should you receive an email or letter asking you for such information, you are requested to inform us at info@americansheriff.org.

Credit Cards/Eletronic Transactions
Credit card information is required to ensure your credit card is securely and properly processed. This information is solely used for the processing of the credit card and is not stored on our system. If you feel a charge has been made against your credit card inappropriately, please contact us at info@americansheriff.org, and we will endeavor to work with you to obtain a refund of the donation.

Fulfillment and Shipping Policy
We make every effort to fulfill orders in a timely manner. We make every effort to ship orders that are in stock within 72 hours of recieving payment. You should receive an order confimration with an order number. Please reference your order number when enquiring about your order shipping status. You will receive a notification when your item has shipped. For any questions about an existing order, please email info@americansheriff.org
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
As a nonprofit organization our policy is that all donations are final. No returns on items will be accepted in order to protect the health and safety of our volunteers. Should there be an issue with a product, you are required to contact us within 30 days in writing by email. Each inquiry will be reviewed individually, case by case.. Please send all inquiries to info@americansheriff.org.

Ownership of Intellectual Property, copyrights and logos
The American Sheriff Foundation has the following policy regarding all content on this website, associated websites, social media platforms and any other platform whether it be digital or printed material.

The service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of the American Sheriff Foundation. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree to not sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish adapt, edit, or create derivative works thereof.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the American Sheriff Foundation, its affiliates, board members, employees, or volunteers, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, services or products..
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the American Sheriff Foundation assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service or products; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Promotional Emails and Content
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.
